Last month we brought you the CalOES training session. This month we bring you the first program in the Disaster Preparedness & Resiliency initiative series.
This presentation by Parsons will focus on the firm's resiliency plan; how it was formulated as well as its component details including response & safety protocols, how employees & clientele are reached, and how to maintain business while in a crisis, to name a few.
Join us for this informative session to learn how to better prepare yourself and your firm to stay resilient!
On May 3rd, 2014, Architecture for Humanity Toronto initiates a series of lectures and workshops titled, “Incremental Strategy for Vertical Neighborhoods in Toronto”, based upon the work of Europe-based architect, Filipe Balestra.
Through the “Made Resilient” event, we hope to test the boundaries of perception regarding what makes Portland a truly “Resilient” city by creating a platform for community members to gather and share their ideas, the measures they have taken, and the resources they have utilized in helping their sector of the community become disaster ready.
